AI Resume Editor - Alpha

Today we are releasing an early version of the Resume Editor, a web-based tool for creating and managing resumes.

This is an alpha release. This means we are still actively adding features and fixing bugs. The project is open source, and we are looking for feedback.

  • Organize resume information into sections like personal details, education, and work experience.
  • Use AI assistance to help tailor your work experience to a specific job description.
  • Filter your work history by date before exporting.
  • Download resumes as Word documents or plain text files.
  • Supports multiple user accounts with an administrative area for user management.

Word docx formatted output

This project builds on and uses a sibling project, resume writer which takes a structured text file and outputs a .docx document suitable for job applications.

Multiple formats are available, including Plain resume, ATS-friendly, Executive Summary, and Skills Matrix.

The project is under active development. You can view the source code and follow progress at the project repository. We welcome feedback and contributions as we continue to build out the editor.
